What do I need to have in order to be eligible to work as a doctor in New Zealand?
In order to be eligible for our opportunities for doctors you need to have full vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
For Australian vocationally registered doctors, if you have an FRANZCP then registering in New Zealand should be straight forward. Equally qualifications from UK, U.S.A, Ireland, and Canada are also acceptable.
I'm already employed as a doctor in Australia/New Zealand, can I take on this locum as well?
Yes. The employment contracts in Australia and/or New Zealand do not restrict your ability to take on other work like locums.
Do I have to pay for travel and accommodation?
Your travel and accommodation is covered as part of the working arrangements.
Do I have to organise the patients and roster?
No, we work with our clients and make sure you have a full roster and schedule.
